As a therapist, I have a passionate heart towards people who need psychological support and healing through therapeutic relationships.

I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. My training as a psychotherapist began in South Korea and I have accumulated extensive clinical experience in California since I started to study at Fuller School of Psychology in 2007. I sometimes reflect on my own journey to being a good therapist. I prayed, imagined, and prepared for my next life phase in 2006 after I moved back to Korea from San Francisco, California, where I stayed for one and half years to refresh myself. I challenged myself, went through each step on the long journey, and achieved my goal to be a mental health professional as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2014 [License No. LMFT80294 (CA)].

I've been providing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with diverse ethnic backgrounds since I moved back to Seoul, Korea from Pasadena, California in 2016. I believe that a human being is the most beautiful creature with inner strengths to be able to be restored and grow, regardless of any issue, pain, or wound in that he or she is in love and hope beyond the hope.
